Welcome

The Counselling Service represents a commitment of Macquarie University to the provision of appropriate services to assist students and staff to be effective and successful.

The Counselling Service aims to assist students with matters which may prevent successful completion of their studies. To this end the staff of the Counselling Service are highly trained professionals who provide to students individual and group programs which address potentially disruptive issues.

The Counselling Service provides general counselling to undergraduate, postgraduate, local and international students enrolled at Macquarie University. Macquarie University staff can use the Counselling Service to deal with issues arising from their personal or working lives.
